Twelve Week Year

Are you familiar with the concept of the twelve week year?

Before I tell you more about it, I wanted to share this quick story.

When working in corporate, I often wondered why so many companies have these great ideas and then struggle to execute them.

They would set a goal, and soon, they’re back doing the same old things they’ve always been doing.

When I started my own business, I quickly realized that the same thing was happening to me.

As I dug deeper into ways of solving these issues, I made some interesting discoveries.

It boiled down to the simple fact that there was never a clear plan established from the beginning.

When that happens, priorities constantly shift, making it impossible to finish something you’ve started.

If you want to start making meaningful progress towards your goals, I think you’ll enjoy this week’s growth tip because it helped me.

This Week's Growth Tip

The twelve week year is a concept that has gained popularity recently as a way to increase your productivity and achieve your goals in less time.

The idea is simple: think about the year in twelve week timeframes instead of twelve months.

The twelve week year emphasizes the importance of setting and achieving specific goals within a twelve week timeframe because it helps you focus on what is important and eliminate distractions.

For example, if you have a goal to lose weight, you would focus on losing a certain amount of weight each week to meet your goal within the twelve week timeframe.

The twelve week year can be used for any goal, whether it is personal or professional.

The twelve week year is an effective way to manage time and achieve goals because it provides built-in checkpoints that help track your progress and make the necessary adjustments.

If you’re looking for a way to increase your productivity and achieve your goals, the twelve week year may be worth considering.

This Week's Announcement

Whether official or not, the economy is struggling, and it looks like we’re headed towards a Recession.

I’d argue that we are in one already.

Inflation is at a 40-year high, and the outlook for 2023 is not very encouraging.

Many started out in 2022 expecting a banner year.

Unfortunately for most, it hasn’t panned out.

The good news is that your business and personal success don’t have to be tied to the economy or your past.

Regardless of how your year has gone to this point, you can finish 2022 strong and set yourself up to prosper in 2023 despite the slowing economy.

Q3 is coming to a close.
